The Concept of Generosity

As a child I struggled with understanding the concept of generosity not only in terms of of How it feels to give but also the difficulty that there's two sides to the discipline of generosity. Jesus requires a Posture of acceptance We're not going to accept a Savior if we don't think we need help and accepting a gift can be as difficult sometimes even more difficult than giving. On your worst day God cares about you That you matter to him when it says for God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten son  that whoever believes in him should not perish by everlasting life. The question is will we receive and when we receive as we become?
