If we don't have enough of the things that fill our bucket to like, make us feel alive, it's a recipe for burn out or long-term disaster. We have to shift our work load and our priority as often as we age and develop,. Or as our interests shifts as well. Sometimes that is hard to do, or there's just resistance, because it's easier to just keep doing what we've always done.
