The CRPD and the Right to Legal Capacity

Do you feel that the CRPD does break down or at least attempt to break down these sorts of binaries? Or does it almost reinforce this concept of black letter dot-tyre in a law? I think that's a really good question. Certainly my approach has been that it provides this kind of critical impetus to think about it differently. And it's almost like it's turning these logics of mental capacity lower on their head.
