There are all kinds of things people can do acutely that make them feel younger or better but long-term will lead to consequences so yeah that's that's always a challenge. So anyway just switching gears you know you've got very well reasoned views on so many different topics and I assume part of that is because uh your your role as an editor of aging cell. There was sort of a bit of controversy among the way that the journal publisher interacted with with the editors and reviewers in aging cell, he says. And so you guys have spun off a new journal aging biology um would you like to tell people about that back spurt yes?
