Most of my rentals, I offer furnished. Number one, because it's convenient and because I can charge more money. Most of the time, they do not bring their own items. Although, that is not an impossibility. If they know they're going to be out for a really long time, it's possible they have the option. But most people don't do it. So your clients are like, oh, great. You have a furnished house. That's going to make it super convenient for me. We look like a superhero for solving our clients problem. This is amazing.
