The word can't is what's keeping some of my students from reaching the big, bold goals that they've set for themselves literally this year. 99% of the time when we humans say we can't, what can't is as a euphemism for won't and what is won't mean won't means that we're not willing to do the work. If you consider how this might be true in your life, even a portion of the time, I promise you you will bake free from 99 percent of the crap that holds you back.
