I thought I was going to hear you get more creative about terms because Sam was kind of telling you that like focus less on the imperfections and more on the terms. But no, in fact, he was saying you were already over complicating things. So be systematic about meeting the seller's needs,. Tell them what you need to get there, but then reducing the total moving pieces. And then I kind of talk about what ended up happening with our deal, maybe as an indicator for this sort of procedure.
