In today’s episode, I’m joined by one of my all time favorite mentors, the incredible Bruce Lipton, who’s book, Biology of Belief, helped me on my journey to heal depression and mental health. I’ve been a fan of Bruce’s work for years, and it was such an honor to share a conversation with him, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

- Astrology and consciousness play a role in shaping our behavior and experiences
- Becoming conscious and aware of the energy around us allows us to control and shape our reality
- How our consciousness can generate an energy field that can either enhance or cancel out the energy coming in
- Taking action in alignment with your intentions for faster manifestation
- Recognizing the value of your energy and making conscious choices (in the driver’s seat versus on autopilot)
- Focusing your energy on things you can control and creating something different
- Training for a new civilization based on cooperation rather than competition
