How to Pursue Advanced Degrees as a Pastor

A lot of pastors are asking this particular question in regard to writing and advanced degrees. Jim, will you just take a minute and kind of help us kind of have a biblical framework of how to think about this particular topic?Jim: The scriptures don't address either of these directly. They don't say anything to us about what a man's educational background needs to be. And so I think you need to have a basic competence and skill level to a degree academically.
