Daniel De Lewis - The Crucible?
Daniel de lewis is a compelling man character, even if he's got some of these off putting characteristics that we're talking about. There are always hints and deliberate beats throughout that tell us he does have real feeling. And so that scene, we have reason to believe is his real feeling, right? So that's critical. I feel like if you don't have those, you y wouldn't care about him at all. If he was all calculating and all cold about h w, i think that's a problem.
