The OPT Model Is a Venn Diagram for People That Don't Know
The OPT model is essentially the way it's a Venn diagram for people that don't know. Red Hat has a need to make sure that people are doing what is actually well suited to them. So, my optimal frame is my ability to digest information and then put it in a way that Noah can understand,. I'm going to do a good job because it's something that I'm passionate about and I also have some level of skill. Do you see that working out well for organizations? I think that Red Hat does it exceptionally well.
