I usually say five to 10 years. If it survives in a certain state for the first five years, you're pretty well guaranteed of like making the rest of it work. The net upturn since I left is huge. It's crazy. So that's only made me feel better about a downturn that I know will come. But do I worry that when it happens, I'm going to internalize it? Yeah, absolutely.
