Optimizing the Hot Path

In Victor Panda, we found a simple thing that was such a hot path and the workflow of our customers. We quickly added a centralized signature feature where they could add their little sign-off to their generated feedback automatically by setting a signature. And over a day, writing 20, 30 pieces of feedback, that's a couple minutes and it quickly ends up. So by adding lots of features like this, we shaved off a few hours a week by just optimizing the hot path.
