i will pick, i'll go to my excelso red sheet and pick from my long list of thermogenic exercises that i can do with this piece of equipment. And I start fill in those thermogenic sections throughout the week. Then i'll get maybe check with my phiscal therapist to say, hey, are you seeing big problems? Like, do you need to be teaching me three thoracic spine a movement or something like that? You have to know where to put it. If it's something i can handle with a low intensity exercise, then it goes in the thermogenic section. But if it's out of alignment strength, all that stuff goes into kind of the thermogenic
