Russia Wants to Have a Sphere of Influence
CNN's John Defterios takes a look at some of the countries that voted against Syria. He says Serbia abstained, but Afghanistan and Nicaragua voted in favor. The usual suspects are Russia, North Korea and Belarus - who will back Bashar al-Assad if he goes to war with his own people. But India was one of the few non-aligned nations not to vote for Assad: "This is their backup"
