The Role of Coa in Gene Expression

The degree to which you degrade coa might be most strongly influenced by the mitochondria spitting out their coa into the cytosol where it can be degraded. There's a tremendous amount that is not understood about how degradation is regulated. Pantathonic acid was the only one of these Pantothonic containing compounds absorbed by rats in studies on absorption of the various forms. And I will make an argument later that food B5 is superior because we can more efficiently make our enzymatic cofactors from those forms.
