Cerebros is an effort to build as big a chip as possible. They use wires made by silican processing techniques to connect those chips together. The downside of doing that is that some of those chips aren't going to work, because manufacturing isn't perfect. But nevertheless, i wish hem well, i thinka very bold endeavor. And ei, as an engineer, i hope it works.
