I think we need to range the education system for everybody frankly. Why don't we have mass recruitment drives of first time intakes of people who have had their family first? For that to be a normal thing, I know that can happen in some instances, but it's not societally normal. We're going to have to push our retirement age away up. The idea we're retiring 65 70, the reality is for young people today, retirement of it, you've got to be looking at 75, maybe even 80. You still got decades to kind of build up the wealth,. I guess, as long in your career window as your grandfather probably did in his or maybe even longer.
