i drink a gallon of water a day. And i also walk or run four miles a day outside, regardless of the weather. It's like something i enjoy. I never thought i would be a runner. But i just started walking about two, maybe it was three years ago, go everyday and then it just got so i thought, oh, i think i'd like to run. And now i do it.
