meditation has always been a big part of my life, but i never made a nonot in my life. And during the first shut down with, you know, cove 19 and all that stuff, i made a conscious decision that every single day i would make a non negotiable to do a meditation. And then last july, i started doing this cundeline meditation, which is all about cletan karma and 22 minute meditation, we u just consistently chan and do this action.
