The Fake Debate Should People Return to the Office?
We don't have a five-day work week anymore but our concept is that we still do nobody is going to offices. 80% of people are working remotely on Fridays now and that's a good thing because it means they can spend more time with their kids and family. This story is just isn't being told as much I think you dive into it a bit with some of the remote work and some of the stories in your book. It's kind of crazy we have this fake debate should people return to the office it's over hybrid work is here most people are working three days a week in an office it's true more flexibility than before and that is freaking beautiful.
