The Role of Proximity in Ground Based Athleticism

If the upper body is not arranged optimally, I don't care about your feet. The whole key is get the top and the system in a manner that now you can use the foot most productively. And again back to rope flow as the ultimate integration of proximal distal. So there's no thought involved it's just happening immediately moment to moment. Now you have that cheetah's tail athleticism where just the slightest little thing you know at the distal is impacting the proximal to get a better exchange with the ground in that moment. It's literally ultimate and the rope is true and if it's true so are you and it's not going to lie to you.
