The Importance of Design Sensitivity
I was getting all my stuff at city optics in San Fran on Chestnut. And Steve Goldberg taught me everything, really. He was one of the pioneers, the early supporters of independent brands. We use our design sensibility to give our frames a signature look so that without having to slap on a double C's on the side of our temples, by looking at it, you can identify the brand. If the frame feels like there's love in it, that there's care, that designer really put their heart and soul into it, I think that's worth wearing.
