Mason Knight: I hear this and I've gotten the ageism question a lot. But the good news is people have overcome it. So write these down for anyone in your similar background. You can work well under pressure, trust me. That's definitely a plus. And you probably also coordinate with multiple people as you're taking these calls because I imagine they're EMTs or maybe other police officers.
