The Importance of a Prepared Mind in Investing

A lot of VCs spend most of their time meeting new companies and frankly for me the same note to founders is the least favorite part of my job. So I really focus a lot of my time on developing the deepest connections that I can to industry, researching where I think the biggest ideas of the world are going to come from. We developed a hypothesis on basically a premium clean energy business and a box solution for developers over the course of the next year we published that thesis with climate type VC Kim and Sophia have been great friends so far. It's turned out that it's made the platform grow even faster because it created more power to them.
