Amara Per Month Growth - Is That a Good Thing?

I have these kind of, like somewhat arbitrary, oh, iud be great to grow by this much in amara per month in my head. Well, a, september was really good for us. So if we keep that up, tha be lovely. But, like, august is was fairly slow. Still, like going up, but not by a lot. My focus is more around, like, do i feel like we have the team that we need to do great stuff to make awsome? Sofphware? And am i doing a good g job t like, running that organization? I think a lot of stuff is downstream from those things.
