When you say portfolio companies, I immediately think of like Vornado or are you talking about specific privately held companies who themselves own lots of various commercial real estate? So these are specific privatelyheld companies by our funds. And for the most part we own and control 100% of the company. Sometimes we buy companies and then continue to help grow them by new asset acquisitions or just growth in their cash flows. In other circumstances, we will build up companies through a series of smaller acquisitions.
