What Do You Think About Nuclear Weapons?
i think the probability is still low, although russia could get desperate if its army collapses. But over all, i think that russia knows n use is perhaps more likely to bring western intervention into ukrane than it is to deter it. The question of what this does to the role of nuclear weapons isn't just about whether they're used or not. Even if they aren't used, i think there are going to be some perhaps we we could say sort of troubling lessons that come out of this con.
