The New Politics of Federalism, Right?

I don't see any modern Conservative party wanting to open up the constitution again. But there may be an opening for them to do it in a way that just insofar as there's so much provincial demand, right? It could be a way of seeing the new politics of federalism play out in a new government. We're definitely in a changing time, though,. I feel like a lot of tides are doing weird things, maybe not turning, but doing weird things.
