Do I Always Pull a Wire Out of a Ness?

Most of the needles we're using do have somewhat edge cutting tips. They're not rounded with just a point on them. It is possible if you pull a wire out of an introducer needle, you could end up cutting off a portion of it partially or even completely. So many of the guide wires we're using have J-shaped tips. You can apply these at the bedside however you wish. But the most important principle is just to never pull a wire from a needle.
