The tax burden is approaching a 70 year high. So where can companies like novartus, the pharma sutical industry and the private sector step in and perhaps address some of these financial burdens? I think i would argue that some of the interventions that we need in order to address these deep seated issues that we have in population health may not be that expensive. Some of it is about actually education, information, starting early, and just making sure that public are making choices in an informed way as much as we can. Now that's not perfect, but it doesn't need to be extremely expensive. They we think about it is.
