i was on a very losing junior high school basketball team and at the end of each loss, our coach would talk about how much character we're building. In business is sort of a maritocracy in that sense. You have to win or your business fails. Yet, and it's not always just money. Money is often and outcome. It's like, are we getting customers? Are we helping them succeed?
