I think that there are features of our system currently that make an aspiration to super majorities far fetched. So i do think we have to achieve reforms like that, i'm in order to get back to a place where people can build coalitions for effective governments. And even yo periodically, imagine achieving super majorities for important initiatives. It's not so much as i think that we could turn on a dime and achieve them to morrow, but i think the recognition that we ought to be able to move from point of sepe majority to noth ppoint supred majority with some kind of consistency should be part how one frames the need for reform.
