The Threat of the All or Nothing Argument

I feel like right now there is sort of this threat of people who are just terrified of AI and kind of just wanted to go away. And where I'm hoping it lands is on some kind of reasonable solutions that simultaneously allow the technology to evolve because it is here to stay. We're introducing entities into this world that are highly creative in a way that's different from ourselves. This needs to be done really thoughtfully. So generative AI, like anything else, has positive and negative possibilities depending on how we use it.
