Primary Femoral Access

Most of the nowadays we do percutaneous, you get a common femoral stenosis from the perclose and similar idea. You balloon that most time, it's fine, but every once in a while, it starts to bleed or something. I typically do a primary fetal, no other axis, just straight up slender sheep in your 18-year-old body. It's pretty traumatic. And also, if you're doing it for collodication, it's like you're losing, potentially losing a tibial for collodications.
