The Connection Between the Thoughts and the Emotions
Most of the time, emotions are caused by particular patterns in your mind. For example, anxiety is caused by thinking about possible future things that may happen. The body responds as if the thought were reality - I might lose my job. So it's often then by looking seeing a thought as untrue, that you actually begin to become free.
