Is Asperger's a Spectrum Disorder?

At one extreme there's autism, which means you really have trouble understanding other people's emotions. Then at the other extreme is like high emotional intelligence or women in general who tend to be more emotionally and socially sensitive than men on average. And then in the middle is sort of Asperger's guys. You're not as handicapped about social and emotional cues as full autism, but you're not quite as sort of half savvy as a typical normal guy.
