Is It a Recurrent Pneumonia?
In the real world, nine times out of ten, I would just follow the path of least treatment. The patient's eyes are red, and she seems to be really bothered by them. She has significant anemia and renal failure found to have these diffuse extensive pulmonary lesions as well as conjunctival injection. It's leading me to think maybe this is more of a systemic inflammatory or infectious type process.
