A lot of the short term benefits we get from Soldier's Mindset, there might be a compensating benefit if we kind of learn to adopt Scout Mindset in a thoughtful way. I have like a two pronged argument where one of the prongs is that we tend to overweight Soldier Mindset relative to Scout Mindset. The other prong is that we can actually make Scout Mindset more beneficial and more immediately beneficial to us than it is maybe by default.
