Tobi: What people really want is a model system where h somebody tells hem what the traffic is likely to be ten minutes from now, based on historical conditions. Tobi: In that way, i think trafficis is sort of a form of culture. And you do see, you have cuing problems in china right now. People respond to the conditions, not the sign and a but it reminds me of something a physicist in rome told me about,. Many romans were sort of praising driving in germany, and they liked that it was orderly. They said, you know, o its, people obey rules. It's very nice.
