The Importance of Customer Ops in Product Development
The customer ops team can pick up on stuff that the product team maybe wouldn't think about. They'd be very quickly able to just add a ton of value by being a bit closer to that product. So having people that thought about how do you get the knowledge from the customer ops team to the product team and then back again was really, really valuable.
