There are a number of neurological conditions where they are protective, but those are specific to those cases. I don't think that the data indicate that ketones just in general are good for brain health. It's still a case-by-case basis. We don't really understand seizures well enough to subtype people according to who will benefit from what and there's a lot of trial and error involved.
