The Importance of Elder Meetings

Elders are commanded to give oversight in the way, one way, and a very useful, practical economic way of giving oversight is a weekly, monthly, whatever meeting you get the job done. CHBC has an elders meeting every month that we call our member-centered meetings where we do pastoral care. We'll spend more time talking about specific cases of concern or needs for help. It's not really focused on how the Smiths or how the Johnsons are, but it's like, what should we think about this situation?
