Kathy Connor's Lifetime Achievement Award

The California Surf Museum honored Kathy Connor with a Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to the surf industry. Gidget opened the door for women to surf and gave them a template, an iconic figure they could relate to and try to imitate. I give you the one and only Kathy Connor's recommend, A.K.A. the Real Gidget. They say keep company with those that make you feel better. And honestly, this has been unbelievable. Like me, I really like me.
