Par Programming or Mob Programming?

Pair programming is a way to learn in both directions. It's easier to ping pong and one person rites the failing test, he next bit does the next. The idea of coding in front of some one i didn't know just sent me into a frenzy. But i've got used to it - because you pretend to be paring with your team. And if you've got that good culture and your team, boure quite comfortable with them.
