The Importance of Information in the Universe
CNN's John Sutter talks with scientists about a new theory of how the universe works. Called assembly theory, it says that no object could have formed itself without some informational process. The larger the number of steps you need to make an object, the less likely it is for it to be made by non-living systems such as God or evolution.
