How to Write a Psychotic Main Character

I was sitting here as you were describing the fugue structure thinking so you don't just write about crazy people you are a crazy person I am embarrassed to admit how much time I spent putting that together. How um did you have trouble creating another psychotic main character single character driven book that did not overlap with John Cleaver the voice of this character and it just come very naturally.
