Why You Shouldn't Eat More Protein

If you're not lifting weights eating more than 16% of protein will be harming your kidneys. The amount of extra protein you actually need to make that muscle is it is like a couple of grams a day. Lifting weights doesn't suddenly mean you burn more protein and the reason we need to eat more protein is more so for signaling to the body to build new protein.
