i think it's so relieving for people who are communicating things to you with their body language or through other means, which aren't being addressed. Your willingness to give up air time in a cession is critical. It actually is associated with greater clients satisfaction. The more air time the client has, the greater their satisfaction with the meeting. i'm sure everybody listening to this podcast has probably worked with people to help them get out from underneath the problems that those people caused by talking them into investments that were entirely unsuitable and unsustainable.
