Do You Know How Much Annual Revenue Do You Have?

Once you break the three to five employee mark, you can find approximately how much value each employee brings to the company. You can divide the annual revenue against the team's size and come up with a number. And that number effectively is each person, on average, brings in this much revenue per year to get to that total figure. If they were just straight up ask their client in even the first meeting, let's say, how much annual revenue do you do, they might hold the cards close to their chest.
